Job Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team to lead the redesign and enhancement of the Adroit Cloud Consulting website for web and mobile platforms. This is key in ensuring our digital presence aligns with our brand identity, effectively communicates our core services, and delivers an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy and Vision:

Develop a cohesive UI/UX strategy that aligns with our business goals and user needs. Enhance the website's ability to clearly communicate our vision, values, and core services.

User Experience Improvement:

Identify and address site-wide issues, such as inconsistent fonts, padding, and spacing. Ensure seamless scaling and navigation across all devices and resolutions, from 5K screens to mobile platforms. Reduce excessive white space and optimise the use of space to improve content visibility.

Content Organisation:

Restructure and enhance key pages, including solutions pages, the homepage, and the "About Us" section, to ensure clear messaging and intuitive navigation. Incorporate engaging visuals, dynamic CTAs, and customer success stories to capture user attention and encourage interaction.

Design and Branding:

Maintain and standardise design elements like typography, colour schemes, and graphics across the site. Introduce compelling infographics, icons, and animations to explain services and processes.

Feature Development:

Design and implement a comprehensive events section with past and upcoming events, video content, and interactive RSVP options. Enhance the Elevate CTOs page to make it more discoverable and engaging, encouraging signups.

Accessibility and Performance:

Conduct accessibility audits and implement improvements to ensure WCAG compliance. Optimise site performance through image optimisation, lazy loading, and SEO enhancements.

Leverage competitor analysis to incorporate best practices into the website design. Requirements

Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Experience optimising websites for SEO, performance, and usability.
