Kick-start your career in Administration, Accounts Payable, or Healthcare! Enable ACC clients to focus on their rehabilitation rather than their finances Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm! No late nights, no weekends! As a Payments Assessor, you will be calculating and paying weekly compensation to our clients recovering from injuries. Your role will also include reimbursing other payments like prescriptions and travel requirements, and making sure that our providers are paid accurately and on time for the services they provide.

Part of your role will involve some difficult conversations with our clients in relation to over-payments. While we train you on how to handle these calls and our leaders will support you where possible, it is important that you are comfortable having these types of conversations.

This is a fast-paced role where there will be opportunities for you to continually grow and develop your skills as a Payments Assessor, increasing your expertise across several Payments tasks and learning more complex work types.

We have permanent roles available in Dunedin, Timaru, Hamilton and Auckland (Newmarket).
