Friday 24th January The Role Here at IVC Evidensia, we are continuing to grow our business and invest significantly in the infrastructure that underpins our local teams. We are looking for an Area Support Manager to work together with our Area Director in the East of England. Key responsibilities will include: Developing close working relationships with 12 practices and their leaders. Troubleshooting within the Area - where issues arise, support a resolution wherever possible to ensure the wellbeing of our teams is maintained. Support the integration of acquisitions into the Area, including onboarding staff. Work with the Area Director to identify better ways of working that improve team wellbeing. Support the Area Director with strategic planning. Organise Area meetings, prepare & distribute agendas, meeting materials & minutes, and ensure action points have been completed. Rota: Working 40 hours per week across 5 days Monday - Friday, with 2 days based at home and 3 days visiting clinics on site. About Us Healthy animals and happy owners - that's the goal. You should possess well-developed demonstrable emotional intelligence skills, the ability to prioritize and plan your own time, and the ability to understand and analyze key financial KPIs.
