In this varied role, you would lead your team in transactional finance and financial review/reconciliations, all while working with a process improvement mindset. Responsibilities will include: Producing statistics in invoice processing times and report each week Ensure suppliers reclaims and AR debtors collected and report progress to the Head of Finance Analysis of purchase order compliance and reporting where this hasn’t been adhered to Review passenger debt report and share information with stakeholders where there is overdue debt Review aged creditors ensuring there is no duplication of invoices. Running and checking bookings reports Month end processing work including posting and checking credit card statements, Pax2pay statements Analysis of flight costs to margin report and report Variances and causes of these for investigation Analysis of actuals against margin report and correcting and reporting errors to the team where required Balance sheet reconciliations of all bank accounts and debtors as well as ensuring that there are no old items on there. Cancellation cost analysis - ensure costs have been accurately accounted for and accrue where required Being the main part of the AP automation project and work with external stakeholder to provide the information for testing.
