Website Analyst , you will report to the Product Analytics Manager. Working as part of the product squad, you will help deliver and evolve BPP's website to become more customer-centred, design and data informed, to build products that meet and exceed our users’ needs, ensuring we optimise our website conversion rate to achieve our growth goals. Key responsibilities Help ensure website product team objectives are met whilst advocating for data-driven decision making and a test-and-learn culture. Develop and champion the use of analytics to show a true understanding of how our customers use our website. Create a deep understanding of user behaviours on the website, pro-actively finding changes in behaviours that could be impacting overall performance by combining narratives from multiple tools into one seamless story. Lead the communication of these behaviours effectively so the website product team is equipped with intelligence to make smart, quick decisions. Develop data-driven hypotheses on how to optimise product effectiveness with the product team, including clear success measurements. Take ownership of the experimentation testing plans, including A/B testing. Clearly communicate the findings, making recommendations for further testing to continuously improve performance. Ensure adherence to all data governance policies. Data management and analytics skills. Advanced skills in GA4. Analytical platform and/or code such as BigQuery, Python, SQL, Alteryx, SAS. Visualisation tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau. Experimentation platform such as Optimizely. Effective communication skills to people of all data knowledge levels. Passion for continuous development and learning. Desired Skills Experience working in an agile product delivery environment. Experience of experimentation website session behaviour tools such as Clarity or HotJar.
