- Monday to Friday - This role is a 12-18 Month FTC. This is an Amazing company that has a top reputation. Key Responsibilities: Promote a positive safety culture through engagement, leadership and empowerment to ensure all our employees, customers and contractors go home safe. Align with the Company CSR strategy and sustainable business journey. Work in partnership with employees, the local community, customers, contractors, suppliers, clients and all stakeholders ensuring a positive impact on society. Maintain, develop and audit AG's integrated HSEQ Management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & BES6001) and deliver on HSEQ KPI's to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is sustained. Contribute to a workplace culture that promotes and supports the physical and mental wellbeing of all employees. Monitor and advise on suitable control measures for HSEQ risks arising from our work activities; ensuring that all operations are managed in such a way as to prevent injuries, ill health and minimise environmental impact. Proactively monitor HSEQ compliance across all sites, advise on and implement improvements where necessary. Support, implement and improve the use of the HSEQ technology across the company. Maintain HSEQ policies, procedures and risk assessments ensuring adequate control and compliance with relevant legislation/guidance. The Ideal Person: Experience in either Health & Safety type role or Health & Safety Managerial experience. Previous experience of environmental management systems.
