Role Overview: The Strategic Pricing Analyst will be responsible for implementing pricing and discount strategies for UK Supply which support profit growth and customer service. Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on: Analysis of sales data to implement pricing strategies Managing discount agreements with sales operating companies, ensuring that they fit to the agreed principles and policies Provision of analysis and insights into product pricing structures and volume analysis Identifying opportunities for product rationalisation and price alignment Continuous improvement of the process to analyse and update pricing data Monitoring and reporting on the performance of pricing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve business objectives Your previous experience is likely to include: Working with large datasets in a data-focussed role Using ERP and/or PLM systems Working in a pricing, finance or data analyst role To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate Company Core Values at all times Be proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL and pricing software Demonstrate excellent networking and relationship building skills Possess good teamwork, collaboration and effective communication skills Show excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with efficient organisational skills The Steam Thermal Solutions business is one of three businesses within Spirax Group.
