Create and manage personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress-tracking for each patient. Teach coping strategies and life skills to improve emotional resilience and overall mental well-being. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and support staff.
