We are currently looking for a
Patient Services Therapy Coordinator
on behalf of one of our well-known clients based in Burton on Trent. Our client is a leading contractor of the NHS supporting with clinical logistics for their patients. We are looking for individuals who can deliver a high quality of customer service to patients in regards to delivering medication.
This role requires you to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-8pm (you will be given a 10 week rota in advance). You will also be required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per year (these will be paid at an enhanced overtime rate). The standard pay rate for this role is £11.90ph.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience of handling and resolving customer issues Strong communication skills Able to work towards hitting KPIs Experience working in a fast-paced environment Must be computer literate This is a temp to perm role.
