Responsibilities:
Client-side Quantity Surveying Role Managing multi-million pound programmes of Highways work Preparing cost plans, business cases, and assessing change events Performing audits Working with NEC4 contracts, primarily option B Long-term ongoing freelance work - initially a 12-month contract Hybrid working - 2/3 days in Manchester (Client's offices)
