We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our
Dispute Resolution
team in
Cheltenham .
Our large team of Dispute Resolution Solicitors handle a diverse range of issues, and due to our commercial approach, we have a
growing national reputation
as a respected UK law firm and work with a wide range of organisations.
Responsibilities of a Paralegal include:
Undertaking legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing, presenting the results in an accurate and timely manner. Drafting legal documents using appropriate precedents and templates. Undertaking legal processes, under supervision, such as routine file management including file opening and billing. Deadline management. Take an active role with the Paralegal and Trainee (PT) group and attend networking events or careers fairs to provide appropriate support as required. Take an active part in promoting the firm through Social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Ensure all work complies with risk management policies and procedures, in line with GDPR. About You As a Paralegal you will need to have: Legal qualification preferably post LPC or working towards. Proactive self-starter who demonstrates a willingness to learn and the ability to manage a growing workload. Client service focused. Ability to work and communicate as an effective member of a team, and to offer support to peers where required. Strong IT literacy with accurate typing capability. Excellent organisational capability with refined attention to detail. Previous experience within a Paralegal post is desirable. There is the opportunity for us to take two candidates into the team, across
