Senior Interior Designer required to join a thriving high-end Residential studio in Chester. Conrad Consulting are proud to represent a brand-new vacancy that would be very well suited to an established Senior Interior Designer, or a Mid-weight designer looking to take a positive next step in their career. Our client is an Interior Design studio with a reputation for high-quality Residential project work. Their client base is mostly across Cheshire & North Wales, but due to the reputation they are gaining, their work is reaching further across the UK. Typically, they operate in the high-end Residential sector including Barn conversions, Farmhouses, period properties, and everything in between. They are not limited to this sector and have seen a steady increase in more commercial projects being commissioned to the studio. The current team is a very close-knit and friendly bunch. They have been together as a unit for many years, and due to future planned growth, they would like to add another experienced designer into the mix. Ideally, this would be someone with good experience in the sectors mentioned, but more importantly, with a friendly personality and ability to work in a collaborative way. The job role here can be whatever you make of it. If you want to lead your own projects, great! If you're more comfortable working in a team, that's fine too! If you want to take steps into management and more senior-level types of responsibilities, they can offer support there too. Ideally, what we are looking for is the following: Degree Qualification in Interior Design is preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience working in a design-related role. UK-based project experience is essential. High-end Residential experience, and desire to remain working in this sector. No specific software requirements, but an understanding of CAD & Sketchup would be useful. This company can offer the successful Interior Designer a good degree of flexibility and a very modern working culture. Interviews will take place in December 2024 with a view to starting immediately or in the new year! Please get in touch with Will @ Conrad Consulting for more information on how to apply.
