What You'll Do
As a
MINI Sales Manager , you’ll oversee the management and development of the entire MINI sales operation. Leading from the front, you’ll inspire a fantastic team of Sales Executives and Business Managers while driving the department’s success.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
by promoting finance, insurance, and optional extras tailored to client needs.
Managing effective enquiry management and maintaining optimal stock levels of MINI Approved Used vehicles.
Leading and mentoring
your team to continually improve competence and performance.
Enhancing the customer journey , gathering and analyzing feedback to ensure exceptional Voice of the Customer scores and Google rankings.
Driving lead generation
through proactive marketing, networking, and prospecting initiatives.
Staying ahead in the industry
by maintaining expert knowledge of MINI products and engaging in ongoing training.
