Assistant Quantity Surveyor As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play an integral role in supporting our client's quantity surveying team with accurate cost assessments, cost control, and contractual management. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist senior quantity surveyors in analysing project plans, specifications, and scope documents to determine project requirements Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates, considering materials and labour Participate in tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and scope Assist in tracking project costs, variations, and ensuring accurate cost reporting Contribute to the resolution of contractual issues and disputes
