Job Description

Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire. We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several of the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, OMODA JAECOO, MG & Nissan.

We are now looking for a Trainee Business Manager for our Nissan Huddersfield Site. If you are looking to further advance your career from a Sales Executive, this opportunity is definitely for you.

Industry leading basic salary

Basic £25,400 with a Uncapped OTE of up to £47,000 per annum

Duties & Responsibilities

Have the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Understanding people and their expectations.

Doing whatever it takes for the delivery of products or services to meet those expectations.

Identifying and solving customer problems quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Developing and using ways to measure, keep track of, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Fostering a company culture dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.

Listening (and implementing) customer feedback.

Coaching and motivating a team of Sales Executives to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations.

Controlling costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives.

Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability.

Skills As an integral part of our sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:

First class Selling and Marketing skills – ideally gained within the Motor trade.

Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales force.

Sound knowledge of employment best practice.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads.

Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practice and motor trade practices.

The Person

The role would ideally suit a highly professional and dynamic Sales Executive ready to take the next step to become a Trainee Business Manager. Must have a strong track record in the automotive sector and the following qualities:

Firm, fair and leads by example.

Ability to thrive under pressure and handle conflicting demands.
