A busy law firm in Bolton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RTA/Credit Hire Executive to join their dynamic team. You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload, dealing with both fast and multi-track cases. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of non-whiplash RTA cases, credit hire, and vehicle damage matters. Conducting litigation proceedings and representing clients in court. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements. Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations. Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Requirements: Previous experience as a PI/RTA Litigation Executive, ideally within a busy law firm. Strong knowledge of RTA/PI law and litigation procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a desire for professional growth. Litigation experience in both fast and multi-track matters is desirable.
