As a Management Assistant with John Rowan & Partners, you’ll do it by: You’re a clear and articulate communicator. You have a natural curiosity for problem solving. You enjoy working as part of a team. You have a passion for developing yourself and others. Liaising with Surveyors to ensure property inspections are carried out. Document Management - Logging incoming information and updating trackers through Excel. Document Control – editing, formatting, and amending reports and templates and managing their filing and storing on our systems. Attending sites, internal and external meetings to produce concise minutes. Manage monthly invoice process for the team; preparing monthly invoicing schedules and maintaining monthly invoice reports; drafting invoices. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings/events/lunches/workshops. Provide overflow support to other teams where necessary. What does it take? If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Management Assistant, you’ll need: Advanced Excel Skills – capable of linking spreadsheets, graphical reports, lookup formulae, and analysis. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under your own initiative and manage workload efficiently. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects. Sound MS Office knowledge and experience including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience of working in professional services. The Right to Work in the UK.
