Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Sanctuary Personnel, 15 Friars Street, Ipswich Teams Available: We currently have two exciting opportunities: Permanent Social Work Team– with an additional focus on residential care. Health Permanent Team– with a partial focus on overseas territories. Job Purpose: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will leverage your extensive experience and industry knowledge to source exceptional candidates, nurture relationships with new and existing clients (including larger or more complex accounts), and contribute to the success of our division. You will deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services across the Permanent or Locum markets, driving business growth and delivering excellent client and candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Delivery: Proactively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Act as a single point of contact for clients, maintaining robust stakeholder engagement strategies. Deliver exceptional pre- and post-placement support, ensuring a seamless journey for candidates and clients alike. Candidate Resourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet client requirements using diverse sourcing methods, including social media, referrals, job boards, databases, and direct outreach. Business Development & Reporting: Contribute to small-to-medium bid proposals by providing relevant data, insights, and expertise. Analyse and report on internal KPIs and external market data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and inform decision-making. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to junior colleagues, fostering their development and success. Support the Compliance Team in delivering efficient, high-quality processes. Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the company’s CRM system. Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. Essential Criteria: Solid, current knowledge of the recruitment industry, including divisional practices and market trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results. Experience with CRM systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Logic Melon, job boards, Esendex). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
