We have an exciting new opportunity for a Graduate Paralegal within our Court of Protection & Community Care department. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment whilst getting involved in cutting edge legal work. You will be considered whether you have a law degree or you have relevant work experience and a keen interest in this area of law. What makes this role great? Working in the Court of Protection exposes you to complex legal and ethical dilemmas. This can be intellectually stimulating and provide opportunities for professional growth and development. This role allows you to be part of a system that safeguards the rights and dignity of vulnerable individuals. Your work will contribute to improving the lives of those who need it most. Our Court of Protection team deals with a wide range of sensitive and complex cases involving life-changing decisions for vulnerable adults. You will be involved in respectable and ethical work. We require an ambitious individual to train with us in our open and collaborative culture, in an environment where you can share your ideas, your voice can be heard and you can get stuck into meaningful, fulfilling work. You: First, we ask that you have a genuine interest in this area of Law. You will also need a Law degree or relevant work experience will be considered.
