The Pre-Assessment Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic HCSW/Admin support. Are you a skilled multi-tasker who can remain calm under pressure while providing outstanding customer service? Can you work within a small team of skilled multi-taskers dealing with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff? If yes, we are looking to potentially recruit you for the HCSW post in this busy clinic. Full hours will be required with flexibility around the core hours of 8 am and 4 pm. For informal enquiries/visits, please contact Ward Manager Klare Rogers on 01792 702222 ext. 34135/34130 or email [emailprotected] Duties include working with the Pre-Assessment team to facilitate the surgical workup and optimisation of all elective cardiac surgery patients. You will assist with face-to-face pre-assessment patient appointments and regularly liaise with patients over the phone/virtually. Support with all administrative duties including booking clinics, data and audit collection, processing mail, liaising with primary care, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team. Healthcare support work experience is desirable to assist with pre-operative swabbing of patients attending appointments. Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate MUST have the following skills/attributes: Administration experience is essential. Healthcare support worker experience is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital in a small team. Professional
