Exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on two new build distribution facilities in Doncaster and Rotherham. These are substantial projects with a combined value in the region of fifteen to twenty million pounds. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience in groundwork, steelwork, and cladding. He or she will be adept in cost control and both package and direct procurement.
These projects are already underway, and the QS will supplement and support the existing Project/Site Management team. We are looking for someone for a near immediate start, and the offer is for a day rate contract with a likely duration of around one year. This position is with a highly successful group of companies, and the potential is there for further work.
