Group Financial Controller
to report directly to the CFO and take responsibility for group reporting and analysis including: Oversee subsidiary reporting Financial analysis and KPIs Forecasting and budgeting Covenant reporting Group reporting and consolidations Statutory reporting Key point of contact for auditors and tax Ad hoc - eg acquisition/due diligence You should be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA), with several years' PQE and some international and group accounting experience.
