HealthNet Homecare is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our clinical services. This role offers the chance to drive business growth, improve patient safety, and maintain high care standards. As the Nominated Individual for nursing services, you will oversee clinical governance and contribute to service expansion, particularly in cancer care and complex therapies. The Director of Nursing will ensure effective homecare service delivery, balancing patient care with operational demands. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who maintains high standards and drives continuous improvement across nursing functions. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and develop a high-performing team of nurses and clinical staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and learning. Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure seamless care. Clinical Oversight:

Ensure safe, effective care delivery in line with regulatory standards and company policies. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry requirements. Quality Improvement:

Identify and implement strategies for patient care and operational improvements. Collaboration & Communication:

Work with senior leadership, departments, and external stakeholders to meet goals and ensure integrated care. Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective care without compromising quality. Business Growth & Development:

Focus on growth in cancer care and complex therapies, working with the Commercial Team to develop new strategies. Clinical Governance & Innovation:

Lead clinical services development, identifying new revenue opportunities while ensuring compliance. What You Will Drive
