Strathmore College are recruiting for a Behaviour Analyst to join our Therapy team. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will work closely with all staff to advise on the best ways of working to reduce incidents of behaviours that are challenging and which may negatively impact the student’s ability to fully engage in their learning programme and college life. Strathmore College is an SEN college for students aged 19 to 25. The role: Work effectively with the Principal, other Therapists, and Team Leads to ensure the safeguarding of all students, modelling best practice at all times. Oversee the quality of the behavioural interventions recommended. Develop and deliver behavioural interventions based on best practice and in accordance with national standards and assessed needs and capabilities. Manage communication and meetings with parents and carers, including routine and exceptional meetings. Support staff in developing programmes and/or behaviour management strategies where required. Take an active role in drafting the college’s development plan in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team for approval by Governance.
