Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide insights into process enhancements. Conduct data analysis to optimise business processes and identify growth opportunities. Strong understanding of complex database structures and proficiency in MS SQL. Skilled in handling and analysing large datasets, with the ability to manipulate data in Excel. Experience in requirements gathering and translating business concepts into IT deliverables. Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, including sprint management and agile ceremonies.
