Execute reactive and planned electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks within Clients Properties. Handle reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works. Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats. Utilise electronic devices to efficiently record and complete work tasks. Resolve complex electrical issues, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support. Adhere to the highest levels of health & safety, conducting risk assessments at the point of work. Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system. Ideal Candidate:
Full UK Driving License NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition C&G 2382. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance role with a focus on electrical systems and working in a multi-skilled environment. Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card. Working Hours / Package:
