Vamonos Recruitment is seeking a Head of Travel Trade Partnerships for its London-based client to manage supplier relationships, build and create new product packages and lead the contracting, product and partnership team.
Key responsibilities:
Be at the forefront of ‘all things new in UK tourism.’
Have great connections in the inbound travel industry with suppliers.
Understand building and maintaining relationships from a commercial viewpoint.
Negotiate the best market rates for the business.
Analyse trends within the travel and tourism industry.
Develop and manage partnership budgets.
Have a sound understanding of B2C products and development to market.
Lead the contracting team by example.
Play a key role within the Senior Management Team.
A minimum of seven years of experience in product or partnership management.
At least five years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Tech-savvy with strong industry knowledge.
Proven track record of exceptional leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
