Join Beehive Care & Training Group Ltd. as a Community Care Supervisor Location: Honiton, Sidmouth & Seaton and surrounding areas, with office at Dunkeswell. Salary: £25,000 per annum

with any care calls out of contracted hours being paid additionally. Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday plus on-call commitments. Onboard, coach, and guide our care team while fostering opportunities for growth. Planning with Precision:

Craft and update personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users. Leading the Buzz:

Organise team meetings, supervisions, and appraisals to promote collaboration and communication. Staying Compliant:

Ensure all services meet care standards and handle data with care. Hands-On Care:

Provide 15 hours of personal and practical care weekly to support our team and service users. On-Call Duties: Participate in the on-call rota one week per month, offering guidance during emergencies. What You’ll Bring to the Hive Essential: Proven leadership and supervisory skills in care settings. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities. Proficient in English to effectively understand and implement policies. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or the willingness to obtain). Experience in a supervisory role within domiciliary care. Why Join Beehive?
