Located in Chesterfield, it is a renowned player in its field, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Job Description Manage and monitor stock levels across various departments. Make informed purchasing decisions to ensure optimal stock levels. Collaborate with the Procurement & Supply Chain department to streamline operations. Ensure timely supply of materials to meet production schedules. Conduct regular inventory audits. Work closely with suppliers to maintain good relationships and negotiate contracts. Forecast future supply needs based on sales data and trends. Implement strategies to reduce waste and increase efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Stock and Purchase Controller should have: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Knowledge of inventory management and procurement principles. Strong analytical skills to forecast demand and manage inventory. Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers. Proficiency in using inventory management software. What's on Offer An annual salary of £24,000. 23 holiday days plus bank holidays. A Christmas bonus to celebrate the festive season.
