Key Responsibilities: Processing and managing outstanding payments with accuracy and efficiency. Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations. Reviewing contracts and procurement documentation to ensure compliance. Managing variations and agreeing on final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and financial targets.
