JOB SUMMARY

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a detail-oriented Content Analyst within a hybrid working model, in their UK office locations. Reporting to the Content Lead, you will monitor and address missing invoices, working with vendors to ensure all invoices are addressed in preparation for go-live. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and escalations regarding media type, media delivery, and missing media. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Load invoices per client requirements Work with invoice acquisition tool to move invoice feeds from test to production Manage and triage client and vendor communications during the onboarding process Collate and load contracts Set up client communication Establish electronic data feeds EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience preferred.
