Summary of Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to assist the Service Manager with a range of leadership responsibilities, which include providing supervision and support for an identified team and managing day-to-day support for individuals within the service. The post holder will provide person-centred support in response to each individual’s needs and aspirations, requiring flexibility and responsiveness to change. The position will involve a rota over days, evenings, and weekends. Requirements:

Excellent communication and organisational skills. An effective communicator to liaise with staff, parents, management, and third parties clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. A flexible and adaptable individual who can think on their feet to manage a busy service. Willingness to undertake additional required training commensurate with the post. Social care qualification, or willingness to undertake this. Ideally, previous experience of leading a team in a similar service. About Us
