A leading specialist roofing contractor is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work from their office in Redditch, Worcestershire.
The Role:
We are now seeking a Contracts Manager to organise and manage contracts, ensuring quality, safety, and programme objectives are achieved.
The Company:
A leading specialist contractor in the construction industry, providing complete roofing solutions across the UK. They work across many sectors including Health, Education, MOD, Custodial, Retail, Leisure & Residential. Their services involve design, supply, installation, and construction for many major organisations throughout the country, including main contractors, management contractors, architects, and end clients.
The Person:
Relevant experience in flat roofing and using hot melt on projects.
Experience working with Tier 1 Contractors.
Gold CSCS card minimum (essential).
Previous managerial experience.
