Salary & Package:
£40,000 + travel allowance + 35 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays) + Medical Cover + CIPS support + a further strong benefits package Sector : Education Location : Mostly home based but you will need to get to Carnforth twice a month Sea Global are currently working with one of the UKs leading education and care providers, who are currently in an exciting period of growth as they opened new sites in 2024 with more coming in 2025. With a newly established procurement function, they are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager focusing primarily on the indirect categories across the business including IT, Facilities, Professional Services, and more. The role will report directly into the Head of Procurement and will have overall category remit across selected Indirect spend areas. Role & Responsibilities Report to and work closely with the Head of Procurement End to end procurement, sourcing and supplier relationship management Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best commercial terms Conduct and manage end-to-end tenders Support the implementation of new procurement policies and procedures Experience & Requirements Experienced with end-to-end procurement Will need to be analytical, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Should be comfortable speaking with both suppliers and stakeholders Organised, is a self starter and can prioritise deadlines Seniority level
