We are looking for a talented and agile art director who will thrive working on a diverse range of projects, in partnership with some of the world’s biggest brands, across all types of media and channels. With the launch of The Very Media Group in 2024, Very brings the power of deep consumer insight to brand partners, helping them connect to the distinct Very audience at scale. As a key member of Very's Creative Team, one of Europe’s largest in-house agencies, you’ll be instrumental in shaping digital first concepts, leading on-set art direction and delivering exceptional multi-channel campaigns and content creation. Key responsibilities: Original and innovative creative concepts to deliver multi-channel campaigns and content creation across video, animation and stills (virtual production and CGI experience would be beneficial). Expert art direction that produces impactful, customer-centric and commercially effective content. Engage internal stakeholders and external clients through powerful and persuasive creative presentations and pitches. Collaborate closely with internal peers, external agencies and freelance resources to ensure a common creative vision and seamless delivery of projects. Manage creative processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with appropriate budget considerations. Stay current with retail, media and tech developments and trends. Continual personal development through training and research. About you

Excellence in storytelling and communicating creative ideas. Ability to align and unify creative collaborators to deliver a shared creative vision. Experience in sourcing/QC'ing, briefing and directing talent, including; models, videographers, photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, set builders and producers. Strong understanding of advertising, marketing and visual design principles. Fiercely protective of brand identity and passion for elevating creative standards. Impressive visualisation skills, including storyboards and video concepts. Experience in art direction for e-commerce, campaigns, video content and social media channels. Proficiency in Adobe CC including Premier Pro, Photoshop, InDesign (After Effects would be beneficial). Experience in fashion, homewares, sports, and lifestyle categories. Customer obsessed, always learning from previous campaign research to strengthen future concepts to drive attribution to Very, brand recall, and purchase intent and success metrics for our brand partnerships.
