We are looking to hire a Director of Communications to join our dynamic and professional team. Role Overview The Director of Communications will be responsible for shaping, executing, and managing the external communications strategy of the company. This leadership role ensures consistent messaging and branding across all platforms, fosters key relationships, and drives initiatives to elevate the organisation’s public image, reputation, and visibility. The ideal candidate is a seasoned communications professional with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives, lead teams, and engage diverse audiences across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Oversee quality assurance for all communications and content creation. Manage all public relations activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Maintain consistent tone of voice and uphold brand standards across all outputs. Lead project management for strategic communications initiatives. Develop and enforce quality standards to maintain effective communications. Produce timely reports and gather data to measure communications impact. Main Duties Lead the delegation and project management of all communications, marketing, and PR activities across the IN4 Group. Develop and implement quarterly communications plans, working closely with Divisional Directors and the Chief Executive’s office to prioritize key areas. Oversee the allocation of projects to the team, including freelancers and external resources. Create engaging, creative, and compelling content for various platforms, including social media campaigns. Write and distribute case studies, thought leadership articles, and ensure coverage in local and regional media outlets. Collaborate with external agencies to craft formal communications, including press releases. Develop social media schedules aligned with product launches, advertising campaigns, or brand announcements. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication activities against KPIs, providing regular updates and reports. Ensure the Group's websites are continuously updated to reflect current brand messaging and services. Support commercial bid writing and tendering efforts as needed. Required Skills and Experience Essential: Minimum of 7 years of communications experience, either agency or in-house. Strong creative and brand development skills. Proficient in Google Analytics and performance reporting. Expertise in copywriting and content creation. Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns. Proven track record of building and engaging target audiences. Website management experience. Passion for and knowledge of technology and innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercially minded, with the ability to align communications with business goals. Desirable: Experience in sales and business development. Expertise in bid writing and tender management. Skills in graphic design and motion graphics. Experience in video production. Photography skills.
