The Role: As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will assist with the development of creative and compelling content to drive growth and engagement through all social media platforms. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to help create content which will be used across digital campaigns, website news, blogs, publications, social media and newsletters, for both internal and external audiences. The role may also include some marketing duties to be carried out from time to time. Responsibilities: Assist with producing and creating social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and client engagement. Help to create engaging content to enhance the brand across various internal and external platforms including shorts. Monitor, track and report upon social media performance and share best practices. Assist with the management of website content and update as required. Ongoing enhancement of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and reporting. Create and grow brand awareness and consistency. Help develop and establish an engaging Instagram feed. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media strategies and digital technologies. Liaise with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy. Help with some marketing duties as/when required. Liaise with in-house IT team. Keep the practice up to date with monthly internal news on new projects, project progress, new starters and practice news. Skills & Expertise Required: A passion for writing. An excellent command of English - written and spoken. Outstanding organisation skills. Excellent understanding of a range of social media platforms. An interest in construction projects. Previous experience in content creation. Graphic design software experience. An enthusiastic team player. Be able to show examples of previous social media content creation across a range of platforms (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn...) as well as website content.
