Salary:
£55000 - £62000/annum to £62k+car or allowance My client is an award-winning commercial building and refurbishment specialist looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager on a full-time basis. Typically, my client's projects cover new build and refurbishment retail developments on a fast-track basis. Clients include Greggs, Starbucks, and Costa, with a vast majority of these being drive-thrus. You must be experienced at overseeing multiple projects. Typically, you would spend three days in Leeds, with the rest of your time visiting projects. Due to the nature of the work being national, you must be prepared to travel with the occasional overnight stay at the company's expense.
