Commercial Property Solicitor NQ – 8 years PQE Surrey £38-70k dep on PQE
Highly recognised, commercial high street firm that is Legal 500 ranked, with offices in Surrey and SW London, is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their esteemed Commercial Property team. They are open to levels of PQE and will consider NQ’s up to around 8 years PQE.
The role:
Joining a team of 2, you will manage your own caseload across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including:
Freehold and long leasehold sales and purchases (whole or part)
Granting and taking new leases and subleases
Lease surrenders, renewals, assignments, and extensions
Licences to alter, sublet, and assign
Conditional agreements such as development, overage, option, rights of first refusal, planning, and rent guarantee agreements
Advising on landlord and tenant matters such as rent reviews, break clauses, alterations, forfeiture, and general management
Advising on heads of terms
Auction sales and purchases
Corporate and private client support
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive
A genuine passion for commercial property law, evidenced by a keen interest and ongoing commitment to the field.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
Consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.
The ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care.
Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Great IT skills and able to use a case management system and software.
