Your responsibilities: Lead the onboarding of new clients and manage their lifecycle, ensuring high engagement and retention. Drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts. Work across teams—Product, Sales, Marketing—to provide feedback and develop creative solutions for client challenges. Regularly review account health, mitigate risks, and nurture client relationships to meet ambitious KPIs. Deliver consultative strategies to help clients navigate complex and evolving business environments. What they’re looking for: 5+ years’ experience in customer success or account management, ideally within property, public sector, or SaaS. Proven success managing complex client relationships and driving growth. Strong consultative sales skills and an ability to align software solutions with client goals. Fluent German (native level) and excellent English communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What’s in it for you?
