Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor required Navartis is working with a top main contractor who operates in the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors, working on many prestigious major projects across the UK. You would join their team as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor and work on one of their major projects in Norwich. They have completed numerous major civils projects around the UK and are looking to add to their commercial team. Experience required: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Sector background. 3 years+ experience in Quantity Surveying NEC 3 / NEC 4 Contract experience Strong time management Excellent communication skills Degree (Desirable) Duties include: Reporting to and assisting the Managing QS and Senior Management team Managing all commercials of allocated project or packages. Management of assistant / graduate quantity surveyors Management of subcontractors Liaising with clients Contract Management Month End reporting Applying NEC Contract CVR's Valuations & Final Accounts Reporting & Forecasts My client is also open to hearing from Quantity Surveyors who are looking for their next step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor. Further details: Good variety of civil engineering projects to be working on 2 positions available QS & SQS Salary £48,000 to £68,000 depending on your experience level Other excellent benefits package including: Car or Car allowance, generous annual leave, excellent pension, private health care and more.
