Senior Delivery Manager – Microsoft Dynamics
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across the client team to build and maintain project clarity. Ensure all your projects are equipped with clear objectives and KPIs, robust governance, and accurate time and budget burndown reporting. Perform Delivery Management basics with ease. SOW writing, estimation, dependency management, reporting, risk management, burndown charts, project planning, and resource management should come easily. Play a leading client-facing role to demystify delivery for the client, project team, and wider stakeholder group, demonstrating hyper-clarity and collaboration. Lead highly complex technical projects, managing multiple stakeholders and third parties, ensuring go-live is seamless and well documented. Take full ownership of project performance, reporting back at a client and internal SteerCo level where required. Working closely with your Delivery Lead, Product Owner, and other Delivery Managers, carry out the ScrumMaster role within the client team where needed. Work with your Delivery Lead to embed and reinforce Edit’s Delivery Model, Orbit, into all projects. Ensure commercial governance of project and contingency budgets at all times. Understand the levers of commercial performance (GM/OP/recovery) and how to use these to maximize project performance.
