Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

IT Asset and Deployment Specialist

to manage and streamline the deployment and tracking of IT devices and ensure effective communication across teams. The role requires hands-on expertise in inventory management, asset tracking, and email handling, along with a foundational understanding of Microsoft Intune and MIS reporting. Key Responsibilities: Device Deployment:

Oversee the preparation, configuration, and deployment of IT devices to end-users. Ensure smooth coordination of new and used devices within the inventory system.

Email Management:

Handle incoming and outgoing emails effectively and ensure timely responses. Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

Inventory Management:

Track and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including new and used devices. Monitor and manage the in-and-out movement of devices at the warehouse (WH). Oversee asset transfer processes and ensure compliance with organisational policies.

MIS Reporting:

Generate and maintain reports to monitor IT asset utilisation, transfers, and inventory status. Provide periodic updates to management for strategic decision-making.

Microsoft Office Expertise:

Use MS Office Suites efficiently for reporting, documentation, and communication.

Microsoft Intune:

Apply mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune for basic device management and troubleshooting.

Build Process Troubleshooting (Optional):

Perform basic troubleshooting during the device build process when required.

Attention to Detail:

Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks, from email communication to asset tracking and reporting.

Requirements: Proven experience in IT asset management, device deployment, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and MIS reporting tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and IT build processes is a plus. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Additional Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting and decision-making. Team player with the capability to work independently when required.
