As our BI Reporting Specialist, you'll be the data wizard who turns raw numbers into actionable insights. You'll develop and maintain cutting-edge business intelligence solutions that empower our organisation to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your work will directly influence our business processes and performance, making you an invaluable part of our team. What you will be doing.

Deliver quality BI solutions and support the team in providing meaningful data. Enhance the team's ability to offer customer-focused BI services. Be the go-to expert for advice and support. Uphold a service-focused, customer-centric approach. Design, develop, and support reporting solutions. Manage BI solutions like scorecards, dashboards, and reports. Extract and analyse data to identify trends and insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements. Maintain documentation for BI systems. Ensure data quality and accuracy. Provide technical support for BI tools. Monitor and report on BI performance and usage. Help stakeholders understand and explore data. Advocate for and develop reporting expertise. What's essential.

Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Power BI. Experience of visual design, BI dashboards and tools. Experience as a Business Intelligence developer using parts of the Microsoft business intelligence stack e.g. SQL server etc. Analytical mindset with problem solving skills. Collating data from varying sources, complexity, formats and structures. Presenting information in a clear and concise manner with drill down capability and conditional formatting where triggers are met. Crafting good working relationships with end users in fulfilling their expectations with good customer service, communication and presentation skills. How to apply.
