BRAND NEW CLIENT SIDE ASSET MANAGEMENT JOB OPPORTUNITY Job Location: Leeds Retail Asset Manager – Prime Retail Destination Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in the world of commercial asset management? This is your chance to join a dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in optimising the performance of a flagship retail destination. About the Role As an Asset Manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring that this prestigious asset performs at its best. Working closely with managing agents, leasing teams, and centre operations, you will be the linchpin driving excellence across property management, leasing, sustainability, and income generation. What You’ll Do Optimise Asset Income:

Oversee arrears management, debt recovery, and rent deposit administration. Support leasing teams to maximise rental income and efficiency. Control Costs:

Minimise void costs and collaborate with rating advisors to mitigate empty rates. Service Charge Excellence:

Analyse and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with RICS standards and holding managing agents accountable. Enhance Facilities:

Lead the delivery of landlord improvement projects, repurposing initiatives, and enabling works for new tenants. Boost Performance:

Oversee car park operations and marketing strategies, ensuring they deliver measurable value. Compliance & ESG:

Ensure high standards in compliance, sustainability, and governance, contributing to the company’s ESG objectives. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strategic thinker with: A proven track record in asset management within commercial real estate. Strong expertise in property management, leasing support, and budget oversight. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and managing stakeholders. A passion for ESG and driving sustainable initiatives. Experience with property management systems (Yardi preferred) and data accuracy.
