This includes external and internal credit applications for existing and new business customers, management of credit line renewals to support fleet renewal processing across our full product portfolio, provision of management reporting for the credit function, monitoring and tracking of credit lines and exposures, and updating of all internal systems while ensuring adherence to credit policies. The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Raising credit applications to 3rd party funding partners and internal credit underwriting teams for new business, renewals, extensions, and other fleet-related products within the portfolios. Applications to include all customer data requirements to support KYC and AML procedures. Building and maintaining relationships with external funding partners and the Sales and Customer Relationship teams ensuring business activity and funding requirements are understood and managed in a timely fashion, including conducting annual fleet reviews and processing facility renewals. Carrying out regular credit functions such as populating margin Look Up Tables (LUTs) to ensure accurate rental calculations, ensuring accurate customer margin reporting, processing contract novations, supporting the onboarding of new regulated customers ensuring appropriate due diligence checks are conducted, and providing regular reporting on funding facilities, headroom, and utilization levels. Understanding the financial implications of funding decisions being taken and acting appropriately on them. Obtaining and using customer management information to support and review our credit position and exposures. Owning specific project work and tasks, including staff training and being a champion of change to support process improvement.
