Our client is a leader in the mid-market transactions sector, working alongside M&A, corporate recovery, tax investigation, forensic accounting, and R&D teams.
About the Role: As an
Employment Tax Manager , you’ll provide expert advice to clients and support the transaction tax team. Key responsibilities include: Drafting tax advice and reviewing reports. Supporting clients during HMRC compliance checks and inquiries. Contributing to tax due diligence projects. Building relationships across our business network. About You: You’ll be a CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified (or part-qualified) professional with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, or you’ll have equivalent experience in Employment Tax. You’ll possess detailed knowledge of UK employment tax, including IR35, termination payments, and benefits compliance. Global mobility or CIS experience is a bonus.
