As a Business Analyst, your role will form the bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure both solution and expectations are delivered as agreed. Your responsibilities will include: Provide an initial point of contact to discuss and manage expectations whilst identifying key requirements. Work closely with the business to document existing business processes. Prepare, deliver, and present reports, recommendations, and alternatives for improving processes in systems. Develop strong relationships with team members, vendors, and partners to create storyboards and/or prototypes based on business requirements. Assist with the creation of test plans and support business testing phases. Collaborate with and provide support to other Business Transformation roles. To succeed in this role, you'll need to: Have previous experience of 2 years or more in a similar role. Experience in use of Use cases, User stories, Activity diagrams. Experience in use of Microsoft software packages such as Microsoft Office and Visio. Experience of working under formal project delivery methodology such as Prince2 or Agile. We're looking for someone who: Has a strong customer service orientation with an eye for detail. Enjoys working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas, solutions, and recommendations across all levels within the firm. Is willing to take ownership of problems and find solutions with minimal supervision. Has excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
