The business has a strong reputation and its Business Analyst are subject matter experts in their field, trusted by their Government Clients to help solve the challenges and often complex problems they face. We're looking to speak to BA's that have proven experience within the NS sector, who are confident and able to act as a conduit between customers and technical teams, to turn requirements into World class solutions. We have opportunities in Cheltenham, Manchester and London As a Business Analyst you will, Work closely with stakeholders and end users to understand their requirements. Take part in and lead workshops to assist with requirement gathering and the presentation of solutions. Understand the full project lifecycle and work with teams of software developers, testers, architects and product owners. Provide the development teams with user stories Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner Desired experience Agile Principles and methodologies Proven Business Analysis experience Experience writing user stories Evidence of experience with gathering and analysing technical and non-technical information, documenting processes and solutions to solve specific problems or meet business/systems outcomes. Strong stakeholder management, leadership and decision-making. Problem-solving ability Willingness to learn new skills Analytical skills and attention to detail is a must. Ability to gatherrequirements confidently. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Ability to coach non-client facing team members (developers) on user and stakeholder engagement.
