We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within our supply chain.

The Role: As our Supply Chain Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with teams across Warehouse, Production, Hospitality, and Technical departments. Your key objective will be to ensure no out-of-stock lines while planning materials to align with production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and merchandise while on-site. Oversee stock rotation and optimise material utilisation to minimise waste. Place orders for production materials within supplier lead times to prevent delays. Plan inbound deliveries to meet production requirements, ensuring timely confirmations from suppliers. Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory checks with high accuracy. Develop and coordinate production plans with the management team. Create efficient production schedules, allowing time for necessary hygiene processes. Generate accurate production reports, including plan vs. actual performance, inventory costs, and supplier metrics. Create purchase orders and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Manage CHEP pallet movements and audit their accuracy. Coordinate with external customers for the return of empty kegs to meet production goals. Perform other tasks as requested by the Directors.

Skills & Experience: Work Experience: Proven experience in Buying/Planning Supply Chain, ideally within Food & Drink/FMCG manufacturing. Warehouse and forklift experience. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with significant seasonal demand.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and MRP/ERP operations. Ability to manage and interpret large data sets effectively.

Qualifications: Forklift license (desirable). CIPS Level 4 or higher (desirable).

Personal Qualities: Highly organised with a customer-focused approach. Driven, with a commercial mindset and a passion for personal development. Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
